See Photos From Britain's First Ever Gay Muslim Wedding in UK

Two men have become the first ever duo to have a gay Muslim wedding, which was held in Britain, UK.

Jahed Choudhury, 24 years old, grew up feeling like a 'black sheep in the Muslim community for being homosexual and was even sent on a religious pilgrimage to change his sexual orientation.

After a lifetime of intimidation, Mr Choudhury considered committing suicide until he was spotted crying on a town bench in Darlaston by Sean Rogan, 19, Daily Mail reported.

According to Choudhury, he ‘stood out like a sore thumb’ and often felt trapped between his sexuality and faith.

While recalling how he was marginalized and bullied for choosing homosexuality Chourdury said; I'd been viciously attacked by Muslim boys, my mosque told me non-Muslims were not allowed in.

'I tried killing myself and I then met Sean. The housing association got us a house in a week and we've been living together ever since. I proposed on Sean's birthday last June.'
