Nigerian Man, Chinedu Okafor Arrested With Hard Drugs in Gujurat, India

A Nigerian man identified as Peter Chinedu Okafor has been arrested by Indian Narcotics Bureau with hard drugs worth over 544,000 dollars (over 170 Million Naira).

Indian Local media reported that Mr Chinedu who was travelling from Delhi to Goa on a Rajdhani express train got arrested at Vadodara Station in Gujurat.

The 27-year-old was found with 255grams of cocaine, 843grams of amphetamine and 65grams of Ecstasy tablets, according to India's NCB spokesman.

On interrogation, Chinedu claimed that he was paid $150 to deliver the drugs to someone, Times of India reported.

The suspect is currently under investigation and is giving useful information to the narcotics bureau.
