Tutoring app Tuteria Developed By A Nigerian, Godwin Benson Wins Engineering Award in UK

A 27-Year-Old Nigerian man has made his country proud in the United Kingdom.

Godwin Benson, who has been a young tutor - developed a tutoring app that earned him an engineering award given by the UK's Royal Academy of Engineering, BBC reports.
The application Tuteria is a platform that links qualified teachers to students within their area and budget.

The app will also assist students in learning, communicating with their tutors among other things.

The engineering innovation award was launched in 2014 and rewards innovators in sub-Saharan Africa.

Benson came first out of 16 participants in the game to win the £25,000  prize money.
