Three Female Suicide Bombers Killed in Failed Attack in Borno

Three female teenage suicide bombers were on Wednesday, May 4th 2017 killed during an attempt to attack a military outpost near Muna garage at the outskirt of Maiduguri in Borno State.

According to a statement released by NEMA spokesman, "Yesterday night 3/5/2017, at 10:05pm. Three female teenage suicide bombers attempted to attack military outpost popularly known as "gontanamo" along muna garage (c company 195 bn). 

"Though they were sighted trying to gain access to the premises and were shot by the securities leading to the detonation of their concealed explosives, which killed all three of them and injured one of the security personnel".

He said the corpses were evacuated to Borno state specialist hospital by NEMA/BOSEMA Emergency Response teams.
