A Nigerian medical doctor and a family man, Olusola Omoju has filed a court injunction seeking the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to stop DSTV and GOTV from further airing Big Brother Naija.

Olusola, in court papers exclusively sent to Lailasblog said efforts to bring up his children in a 'proper' way have become futile due to the continued broadcast of the reality show which his family has now become addicted to.

He said the Big Brother Naija show promotes indecency, immorality and Obscenity which is against the Nigerian culture.

Olusola stressed that some episodes of the reality tv, shows male housemates fondling their female counterparts. He also attached CDs showing the scenes to butress his point.

He agreed that Multichoice introduced a special code to enable subscribers choose whether they want access to show or not but added that the practice was not continued this year.
